Odour control in the shoe pocket. HeiQ Fresh FFL® technology

Since our shoes and accessories are often damp and dirty after play, odours can form in sports bags. So we found an odour control solution with our Swiss partner HeiQ and their Fresh FFL® technology. By pairing this technology with our ventilation system, we provide long-lasting and effective odour control by absorbing odour-causing molecules (Volatile Organic Compounds). In shoe pocket only

User comfort for getting changed, and carrying comfort.

To change without worrying about getting your feet dirty, we have added a foam mat to isolate from the dirty or wet floor. This mat is removable.The shoulder strap is made with foam and has adhesive strips to prevent slipping when carried.

Why the Academic line of bags?

Since we can't always wear our sports clothes when travelling to the gym, we created a line of Academic bags to meet the needs of demanding players looking for a high quality bag to carry their belongings in. We also created this line to provide a needed solution that would work well in humid or dirty dressing rooms, made of material that doesn't quickly absorb water and that can be cleaned more easily.

ECO-DESIGN - Dope dyed process: 52% of textile colour is obtained by dyeing the thread at the source.

Dyeing textiles requires a large amount of water, chemicals and energy. So to reduce our impact, we use the ""Dope Dyed"" technique which involves incorporating colour pigments in powder form during the manufacture of the thread (and not by soaking in dye baths as is usually the case). This technique makes it possible to reduce the consumption and discharge of wastewater related to the dyeing of our fabrics.

Academic 55L Sports bag design

Our football product designers developed the ACADEMIC sports bag to improve comfort for intermediate sports users. It meets their needs both for transport and in the changing room. This bag is equipped with a grip system to reduce slippage when carried on the shoulder. You can also keep your feet dry in a dirty or wet changing room thanks to the detachable mat. When transporting your kit, the ventilated pocket also helps your boots dry faster.

Laboratory tests

This bag has been subjected to numerous tests throughout the design process to check its shape retention, resistance to wear, colourfastness, water repellent properties, and durability when being carried.
